DMCA Policy

Overview

Dream SoftPlay respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA) and applicable international copyright laws, we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated agent.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice containing all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are covered by a single notification).
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it on our website (e.g., a URL).
4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

We recommend submitting notices via email for the fastest response.

3. Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
• Notify the user who posted the content that it has been removed.
• Provide the user with an opportunity to submit a counter-notification.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

5. Repeat Infringers

Dream SoftPlay has a policy of terminating accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

6. Abuse of This Process

Please note that under the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability. Submitting a false DMCA notice is a serious matter.
