Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Areas

We deliver to all governorates in Kuwait, including Kuwait City, Hawalli, Farwaniya, Ahmadi, Jahra, and Mubarak Al-Kabeer.

We also ship internationally to the following GCC countries:

  • Saudi Arabia
  • United Arab Emirates
  • Bahrain
  • Qatar
  • Oman

If you are outside these regions and wish to place an order, please contact us at hello@dreamplaykw.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Kuwait delivery: 2–5 business days.
  • Express Kuwait delivery: Same-day or next-day, available in Kuwait City and most governorates. Order must be placed before 12:00pm (noon) for same-day eligibility.
  • GCC delivery: 5–10 business days, depending on destination country and customs clearance.

Business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding Kuwaiti public holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by high-demand periods, weather, or customs delays outside our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Kuwait — orders over KWD 15: Free standard delivery.
  • Kuwait — orders under KWD 15: Flat KWD 2.000 delivery fee.
  • Express delivery (Kuwait): KWD 3.000 flat fee, regardless of order size.
  • GCC international: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Typically KWD 5–15.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. For custom or made-to-order items, please allow an additional 5–14 business days for production before dispatch.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a dispatch notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp. Use this number on our courier partner's website or app to track your delivery in real time.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the delivery, our courier will attempt redelivery or leave instructions for collection. After 2 failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. In this case, redelivery fees may apply.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout.

Damaged in Transit

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please photograph the item and packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@dreamplaykw.com. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
